 We are a full-service Pan-India travel company. We specialize in Fixed Group Departures (ideal for solo travelers and families), Themed Tours (like photography, spiritual, or adventure treks), and Customized Private Packages tailored entirely to your budget and preferences. 

Flights are included in some of our packages, but not all. Please check the package details for information on whether or not flights are included.

Absolutely! While we have expert-designed itineraries, we pride ourselves on flexibility. You can modify the duration, choice of hotels, or sightseeing spots in any of our "Customized" plans to fit your "City Rider" spirit. 

You can book via our website, WhatsApp, or by visiting our office. Generally, we require a 25% to 50% token advance to initiate bookings (hotels, transport, etc.). The remaining balance must be cleared 15–30 days before the tour start date. 

 We accept all major payment methods including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS), and Cheques. Please note that certain card payments may incur a small transaction fee as per bank norms. 

To ensure a quality experience and personalized attention, our group sizes typically range from 20 to 25 travelers. For certain themed expeditions, we keep groups even smaller (6–8 people). 

 We only use vetted, high-rated hotels (Standard, Deluxe, or Luxury based on your choice). For transport, we provide well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicles with professional drivers who are familiar with the local terrain. 

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure usually attract a minimal service fee. As the date approaches, charges increase based on hotel and vendor policies. We provide a detailed cancellation slab at the time of booking for total transparency. 

Safety is our top priority. We provide 24/7 on-tour support, verified drivers, and local guides. For group tours, a dedicated Tour Manager accompanies the group to handle all logistics and emergencies, ensuring you can just sit back and enjoy the ride.
